Customer Reviews
Good fiber, slow setup
I signed up for AT&T Fiber Internet last month. The internet speed has been great, definitely an upgrade from my old provider. The installation appointment was a bit of a hassle to schedule, and they were a little late on the day. Support was helpful though when I called about the delay. Value seems decent for the speed I'm getting.
Consistent service
I've been with AT&T for years, and just recently upgraded my line to an iPhone 15 with a new AT&T Unlimited Premium Plan. This experience was similar to my previous phone upgrades. The ordering online was straightforward, and the phone arrived in about 3 days. Service reliability is why I keep coming back; never really had issues with coverage in my area. It's consistent, which is what I need.
Decent phone, long wait
I ordered a Google Pixel 8 a few weeks ago and it finally arrived. The ordering process on the website was fairly smooth, I navigated through the plan options for the AT&T Unlimited Extra Plan without much trouble. I opted for standard shipping, which took 7 days to reach me in Nevada, a bit longer than I expected. The phone itself is fine, works as it should, no complaints there about the device quality. I also added a basic Screen Protector, which came in the same package. I had a question about my first bill after activation, and customer support via chat was responsive, though it took about 15 minutes to connect with someone. Overall, a functional experience, but the delivery time could definitely be improved for basic items.

Looking at the new Google Pixel 8. Does AT&T ever have good BOGO deals on these, or is it mostly for iPhones and Samsung?
Ordered a new iPad Pro last week, still no shipping update. How long do these things usually take to deliver?
Has anyone returned an accessory, like an OtterBox, that they bought online? Was it a pain?
Thinking of getting a prepaid plan for my kid's first phone. Are their prepaid options any good compared to like, Mint or something?
If I get an unlimited plan and decide it's too much data for me, can I downgrade to a cheaper one easily online?
